MarylandChapter13.com is run by Edward Christman, Esq. and Christopher McGrady, Esq.  We have filed thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Edward Christman, Esq. was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990.  He has concentrated most of his legal career in the area of consumer bankruptcy.  He started representing bankruptcy clients in 1992.  When other bankruptcy lawyers have difficult questions about restructuring debt in a Chapter 13 – they call Ed!

Christopher McGrady, Esq. was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2001.  He started practicing in the field of bankruptcy in 2002.  Prior to joining Christman & Fascetta, LLP, Christopher represented corporations and credit unions in the bankruptcy process as a creditor’s attorney.  Christopher joined Christman & Fascetta in 2007 and continues to attend creditor meetings and confirmation hearings on a weekly basis.
